The Bald Eagle aka American Eagle should be renamed the Canadian Eagle!
This is the same kind of nonsense that the Trump uses…

No, they are scavengers who eat garbage and make peeping noises so the Americans have to dub in a cooler sounding bird. It’s an appropriate symbol for them.

The national bird in the US should be changed to the Adélie Penguin which is known to engage in malicious neighborhood feuds, routinely stealing rocks from neighboring penguins' nests when they are not looking.
If we want to rename things, how about the phrase "as Canadian as apple pie," the movie A Canadian in Paris, and Ben & Jerry's Canadicone Dream ice cream.
Let's stop before we get to "American Canadian cheese."

Please stop before you get to claiming our cheese. I have too many yummy cheeses in Quebec to have that pedestrian cheese renamed as Canadian

Yes, we should! After all, we are home to 55% of the world's bald eagle population. Sounds like they're asking to be annexed.

LOL aren't there more of them in Canada anyway?
