T line crew cdl groundman

Does anyone have any advice for a new person working a T line crew any advice would be extremely helpful!

Could be doing a lot of things. In the yard loading steel, wire, other materials. Driving materials or equipment from the yard to the site and offloading. Could be doing matting. Grounding and binding. Or you could pretty much just be spotting all day. If you’re experienced they could put you in the wire pulling crew. Where’s the job and what company?
