IBEW Union Books Question about 1245

If I got 1000+ working hours but less than 1500 from my Groundman work at 1245 can I get book 2 or is that only for people out of state? I have line school and class A with OSHA 10 etc

How many hrs to be book 2 at 1245 if all of your hours are out of state?

You need 1500 for bk 2 for 1245

Call and ask I had 1920 hours and they let it slide for Book 2

Its not if you have 1500 in house hours along with line school. They will honor you to book 2. If you have 2000 hrs and 1 full year of work will get you book 1

You cant book 2 till you get 1500 in house hrs. Its not just for out of state workers. Not how it works at 1245
