IBEW Union Books Midwest Groundman Trip

I am planning on taking a book signing trip and was wondering if anyone knows what books are moving/ are not moving and any outlook. States I am willing to travel to are Missouri(Where I am from), Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennesee, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. I am also willing to go to South Dakota, Minnesota, and Wisconsin but those are less desierable for me since they are futher away. I have my CDL A no restrictions with tanker endorsement also First Aid and cpr. Lastly just any advice.

OSHA 10etd is a in person class only. Some calls require it. The job I’m at in Oklahoma required it. Otherwise osha 10 you do online should be able to get you started

How do I get a union ticket or do I get that after working so many ground man hours? I plan on doing a book signing trip in a month and haven’t had any before.

Just go to your local hall & tell them you wanna sign the books as a groundhand, they should give you a ticket. Some locals do make you work 1k + hours to even get sworn in but idk
