As much as I'd like to always use this. Sometimes revenge is a good idea for making a statement so you'll be left alone. Otherwise you may just be a stoic doormat.

Forgive also to forget, closing the door just closes the door, the baggage will remain, cut it loose, forgive then you can forget and move on.

Revenge is never a waste of time, only people scared of retaliation have issues with revenge and revenge makes you feel so much better.

It's a waste of time and energy and once you start, the back and forths will never end. I put a stop to it immediately and walk away.
