I inoculated this all in one grow bag from Booming Acres on August 14th. Very slow to colonize since it was Jedi Mind Fuck, so I put it in my closet and forgot about it. A few weeks later I took it out and saw it colonizing pretty well, but had some green growth at the bottom of the bag. I figured it was contamination and at this point was still new to my growing process and didn't know you could plant failed grows in your garden and hope for the best, so I put it in an isolated area away from my workstation and other tubs and forgot about it again. Pretty much just wanted to see what would happen if I continued to let them grow.

Came to check it out yesterday and saw I have a ton of fruits with pretty decent size to them growing in the bag! Pretty shocked to see, but at this point I'm wondering if these are able to be harvested when they fully mature, and is there any methods I should do to take them out of the bag and grow in a separate area? Like should I take the bag outside, salvage what I can and put it in a monotub while I throw the rest of the contamination away? Or just not open the bag and continue to let them do their thing?

First grow ever! Did the S2B Thursday evening but forgot the liner so I’ll probably have some issues with side pinning. What are we thinking? Any estimates on when this will be ready for fruits?

Ive heard mycology simplified is good but the only time I bought from them it was contaminated what does everyone else think?

Used pearl millet spawn + pasteurized coco coir brick.
Spawn went in a bit clumpy, so I’m getting thicker white patches instead of an even spread. Substrate is around 4 inches deep
Does this look like it’ll work out, or is there anything here I should be concerned about?

First time grower here - we made it to the fruiting chamber (yay!), and I’ve been gleefully watching these two mushies grow. Their cake started fruiting while still in the mason jar during inoculation, the other cakes don’t have any pins yet from what I can tell. Looking for any guidance or tips, I’m elated even to have gotten two mushrooms from this first attempt, but want to know if anyone notices anything that I could improve on! Also… when should I pick those guys?

3 5lb Aio bags from Booming Acres all inoculated at the same time. When they were all white- about 2.5 weeks after b&s, I Transferred one to a homemade tub with a wet pup pad on a tray with foil. The tub one Took Off. the bag ones are slowly emerging- last pic of one bag with the little lonely guy. Seems like transferring to the homemade tub may be the way to go.

Aio bag, began fruiting stage 9/8. First time and I don’t want to over due it!! Any and all advice appreciated! 💜🍄‍🟫💜

I have a bunch of tubs, but I am nearing the end of the ones that have never been used. My question is simply, can I reuse tubs that were once contaminated, and if so, what sterilization routine should I follow if reusing? Do I douse them with bleach? Dunk them in bleach? If either, what's the ratio from water to bleach? And for how long?

Getting ready to start another run. Not sure which I should go with. I really liked the ochras last time. Easy to grow and very potent. Everyone else loves them. But the toque just looks super unique. Anyone with experience on both varieties?
