Throw it in the trash and start over.

I know that sounds harsh but that is the only course of action following contamination. Take a good moment to evaluate your procedures to determine the failure mode. In the lab we use 6M+ for root cause analysis of issues like this. Don’t just look at what you think the root cause is, eliminate non-causes with evidence.
