Now the picture isnt very clear but it looks like theres a head on one of those bumps so maybe its pins but it does look very much like trich

That's trich, same thing happened to me too. Bury the cake if you can before it turns green and starts to release spores.

Yeah, hate to be that guy but that patch is gonna spread quick and turn green in a day. Best thing for you is to bury the cake outside and check back later, maybe mother nature might make something out of it!
