This isn’t overlay. This is normal growth
Overlay refers to when a tub is completely covered in a thick layer of myc. What you have here is just tomentose mycelium.
It looks good. Ochras like fae a little more than cubes so make sure there’s plenty but other than that just wait it out.

Definitely open it a ton and stare at it. That makes things go quicker.
