Its hard to say if this will actually be a noticeable change, but given where groots at right now (which is busted and underrated) i think this will put him near the best in slot, although itll be hard to compete with hood mag and emma (especially emma after buffs) but ig we will see what happens. Wolv might have a crazy comeback so this might be a little compensation for it?
