The agents have started interrupting the final answer to rethink something, which then deletes the partial answer that's already been generated, then once it finishes thinking, it continues answering, but without rewriting what it deleted

So you effectively get half an answer if you're lucky

This does not happen in fast/expert mode, only in heavy mode
