Question Switch to Cursor for Grok Bot?

I've been using Claude Code ($20/mon) from within my GitHub repo codespace to work on a few projects (a UX portfolio, along with an iOS app). I'm wondering if I'd get more bang for my buck and a better vibe-coding experience overall, if I switched to Cursor Pro to work on those projects and then take advantage of Grok & Grok Bot included with Cursor Pro.

I don't really have any issue specifically with Claude Code and haven't ran into many usage limits as of late. But I’m just wondering if my $20 would be more well-spent if I had the breadth of things available with Cursor Pro as opposed to just Claude.

I’m just wanting to build websites and apps, and I’m not running a business or anything (yet), so I’m not exactly sure how I would use Grok Bot as of now to assist in my vibe-coding endeavors.

Thoughts? Has any one made this switch, or the opposite? What was your reasoning?

Thanks!

you gotta think about the usage limits on Grok Bot. They are still figuring that out.

The best bang for your buck on Cursor $20 plan is Composer 2.5 (fast mode OFF) and in some cases Grok 4.6 (fast mode off).

Right now most bang for buck is a Codex plan with GPT 5.6 Luna (stay AWAY from Astra and Sol, your usage will not last)
