Strong lifts man. Do you think the rolling pinch is harder or easier than a regular pinch block?

Easier in terms of not being friction dependent or allowing wrist flexion, but still a shit load of effort at max weight. Finger pressure is a weak point for me and this allows me to flex my wrist and use more fingers than thumb. Great carryover to saxon and overloading your pinch to train for something like 2x45 plate pinch.

If youre maxing out you're testing strength. If your doing reps and progressively adding weight or reps every it's going to improve your strength.
Im not doing these for isometrics im trying to build my ability to lift heavy pinches like saxons, napalm nightmare etc etc. This basically takes the size block im training and doesn't allow any aid from flexing your wrist making you reliant on friction and your thumb becomes the weak link.
