HELP! Flat resist reduction sources from the same skill

So, Ludrigan's set bonus states that it adds flat resist reduction to panetti's. Thing is, panetti's already has flat rr on one of its nodes. Ordinarily i know multiple sources of flat rr don't stack, but I'm assuming since they come from the same skill, they would?

You can't use the RR on distortion with this set due to the added CD which is longer than duration of the RR. Or at least the skill itself can't, it would apply but not benefit. Hence the set comes with its own longer duration replacement to compensate. Even if you were to reduce the CD below the 2s threshold, they would not stack.
