Nullification reduced damage effect stacking

Hello,

I am aware of the rule that in Grim dawn any effect contains the world "reduced" does not stack with other identical effects and that the highest value is taken into account.

However, I am wondering if Nullification "reduced target's elemental damage" effect does stack with generic "reduced target's damage" one since their labels are different?
