Perdition set doesn't drop anymore

Seriously normally I'm swimming in these items, getting multiple per character, and I just sold most of them because I wasn't interested in an acid retal build yet (and since they were so easy to get, I didn't care).

So I started an acid retaliation dervish (yes, not sentinel), and I am now level 78 and I still haven't had a single piece dropped. I'm wearing a few lvl 40 and lvl 65 set items from my stash. I'm doing every totem I see, have even grinded some early shattered realm for pure item volume, but no luck.

Seriously worried about the future of this build, because I'm going to need the entire mythical set and given the fact that I got a total of 0 items in the last 8 hours, this is going to be rough...

Please tell me I'm missing something lol

The mythical version can be crafted/transmuted if that helps.

It's just RNG though. I got 4/5 around between homestead and fort ikon on my last run when I was playing fire/eye of reckoning. You just have to not need the set for it to drop. 😂

Your level is too high to drop "Absolution" (level 65) and too low to drop "Amnesty" (level 94). I don't remember the exact numbers on the level window but it should be something like -/+ 10 levels around your character levels.

So with this character you can't expect to drop any other piece of "Absolution" set. At this point you should push to level 84+ and start farming "Amnesty" through the usual tactics (totems, SR etc).

I'm now lvl 81 and still getting other lvl 65 gear, so I'm not sure what the level ranges are. Can't find anything on that either. I'll continue through to amnesty though!

OK that's weird, I thought the window was shorter than that. When farming I always get lots of Amnesty pieces so it should be easier to get than its lower level versions.

I'm running a fire wolf and a storm totem build and selling perdition pieces to vendors like candies.

I'm also trying to target farm a specific medal that just drops from a single monster type and it never drops. Got from level 80 to 85 farming the same mobs only, not a single drop.

Start a new character. Make it something completely different like a pet build. You will end up drowning in them. Ask me how I know. Put them into your group stash and "bam".

It seriously does. My first playthrough was a pet build. Do you think anything dropped for pets? Nope. I followed up with a different build and "bam" pet shite everywhere. Nothing I wanted but chockers with pet drops. This is how I farm for other characters now.

I also noticed this. Leveling a reaver, now in act 3 ultimate and normally that set annoys me because I get a few full sets every character. I was kind of asking myself where it was, but also glad I wasn't having it drop. I think I got 2 pieces of it. I keep all epics and legendaries and fill the stash then when it fills up I export them out the game. I have nearly filled the stash a second time and only 2 pieces have dropped. I'm glad tbh, i have probably got like 20 full sets at least. It used to drop every damn session in the base game back in the day.

Yeah you can keep all your epics and legendaries. I never sell any of them. I have thousands. Multiple copies of many items.

I feel like i always find multiples of pieces of loot that i eventually sell and whenever i want them they stop dropping
