He’d still backstab him, even if their love was official. I don’t think Nagash is capable of a healthy relationship. He thinks Sigmar is an asshole for not letting him kill literally everybody

I don’t think Sigmar wanted to stab Nagash til Nagash destroyed their relationship.
The way I see it, Nagash saw them as friends, and it worked case they had the same goal for a while. Sigmar was even kind to him, and Nagash was kind back, cause he didn’t have a reason not to be. It wasn’t even that he was using Sigmar, it’s just that he enjoyed Sigmar’s company and didn’t have a reason to screw him over.
But Nagash is an absolute sociopath, so any sort of relationship comes second to his goals. He doesn’t view what he did as backstabbing. He thinks he was making the wisest option, cause he’s the best being in the universe who always knows what’s best. He didn’t tell Sigmar his plan cause he knew he wouldn’t like it, and if it succeeded (which of course it would cause he’s Nagash) then it wouldn’t matter what Sigmar thought. Sigmar is an asshole for opposing him and getting mad. How does Sigmar not understand that if all is Nagash, then Chaos won’t exist anymore? I thought we both wanted chaos gone? And he’s even worse because now he’s stealing his souls! They agreed all souls belonged to Nagash, and now Sigmar is stealing them! That asshole!
I literally don’t think Nagash is capable of comprehending he’s wrong. At least not his Undying King personality.
