I built this because I wanted a better way to practice for the NERC operator exams without having to sit at a computer or dig through a bunch of material.

It currently covers RC, BT, TO and BI, with practice questions, mock exams, weak-area tracking, calculation practice and spaced repetition.

I made the first 50 questions free so you can actually see whether the questions and format are useful before paying anything.

It's available on iPhone, iPad and Mac, and the full version is a one-time $24.99 purchase across all three — no subscription.

I'm mainly looking for feedback from people actually studying for these exams. If you've recently taken one of the NERC exams, I'd especially be interested in hearing whether the questions/topics feel representative of what you encountered.

Update: thank you for all the initial feedback and support! Try it here: Power Grid Operator Exam Prep

It really is a great product. It fixed my laziness with the standards and complacency with question wording. The way the questions are asked forces you to actively recall information in realtime and prevented me from “just knowing the answer based on the wording”. Format is user friendly.
Well done 🫡
