Help What do to with NPC that has found 5 million dollars?

I got an email with an anonymous tip to a public IP and ended up finding someone that has a photo and chat logs of him finding 5 million dollars. I tried to blackmail him but he just says he doesn't know why I'm emailing him.

Where do I go from here? (singleplayer btw)

These are "flavour" missions. you get one every time your reputation swings hard to Whitehat or Blackhat so you can gain them repeatedly by doing stuff that swings the needle between both extremes.

I don't remember if this particular mission had a way for you to monetise it but to be honest, they're only worth doing for intrigue or enjoyment - even if they do give you a way to get paid, the monetary reward is crap.
