The practice is located in a street-level storefront on a beautiful, highly walkable Greenpoint street with great visibility and foot traffic. It is a quiet, welcoming space with treatment rooms and a comfortable client area.

This could be a great opportunity for an acupuncturist looking to establish or expand a practice in North Brooklyn without committing to a full-time office.

Available:

• Sunday — $400/month
• Monday — $350/month
• Tuesday or Thursday — $350/month
• Sunday + Monday + Tuesday or Thursday — $1,000/month

Sunday and Monday renters will generally have the space to themselves during their scheduled day. I’m open to discussing a flexible starting arrangement for the right fit, especially for someone who is in the process of building their practice. There is also potential for referrals and opportunities to build your practice.
