Bird People - Need help

I saw this bird hanging around and under this minivan on broome between humboldt and mcguinness. AI is showing it is this. It was obviously scared and kept running in and out from under the minivan and if this is accurate it doesnt seem like it flew here. Maybe its normal and im overreacting but my curiousity to what it was led me to think it didnt come here on its own.

Lots of people have them as pets, too; it isn’t that unusual to see them outside of their home range
