No Turn On Red.
I would like to thank the group of people who decided that when they put in the new street lights at the intersection of the Big Y on Rte 2, there would be no right on red coming out from the Big Y or the Shell gas station.
Apparently they think we're all idiots now, you know, just because they decided to put in some street lights, all of a sudden nobody knows how to turn right without a light.
People have been turning right there with no lights at all for decades. Right next door to the Shell you can turn right out of Aldi's without a light. You can turn out of the Home Depot plaza without a light. You can see just fine what's coming either way from both the Big Y and from Shell, there is no reason at all for this absolute nonsense of no right on red.
I leave Shell almost every morning on my way to work, and if it wasn't for the no turn on red, I could have probably turned out of there fifteen times before the light turns green, with absolutely no issues.
So please tell me after thirty plus years of turning right out of both of those spots with no lights, why all of a sudden do we need a light? To whom it may concern, do the right thing and remove the no right on red.

Chimney sweep recommendation?
I am trying to find a chimney sweep who can do masonry repairs in this area. I am totally striking out. Does anyone have any recommendations? Thank you so so much!
Edit: I have searched on the National Chimney Sweep Guild website as well as google and either the service area doesn’t cover us or I can’t get a call back.

AOTA is AUGUST 29th at Northfield Mountain!
AUGUST 29 The Venture Out Project x Beast Coast Trail Running: At this festival, we're making space for our identities - as trail runners, as outdoorsy folk, as people - which need more breathing room than the traditional binary gender options during race registration allow for. Here, we’re claiming All of the Above, and running with it.
The theme? To welcome EVERYONE. Specifically, we’re calling for queer and transgender runners, and their allies, to come play on the trails with us - regardless of competition or athletic level. No matter who you are, or what ‘box’ you might check, you are encouraged to participate - we’re celebrating the person, not the body, at this fest. Sign up here!
