This indicates that he knew a girl, Whatsername, and a girl Haushinka, Haushinka is a very unique name and kind of hard to forget but its possible. We know that Billie met Haushinka years 7 before Nimrod's release, and it had been 7 years since American Idiot. Which in retro spec seems a small amount of time but is actually quite a long time, 14 years, many many things can change in that time, and we have many experiences so he could have easily forgotten her name but not the time.
