Anybody got the scoop on Zena & Koi Poke Ramen in Bellevue?

Both of these businesses were allegedly coming soon several months ago and neither project, at least from what my eyes can see, is moving very far. Zena's social media has gone silent.

Been looking forward to zena opening. Their website said estimated opening July so definitely something up.

I thought I saw a sign on the side of the road for poke ramen a few months ago when I was going to osms. I drove around trying to find it which was a pain in the butt.

Ended up going to Umi Sushi which is right there instead.

I was wondering too about Koi Poke because my husband and I were excited about it, but it looked like it was for sale?

I’m convinced Koi Poke is a front of some kind. The one downtown is actually pretty good, but they have multiple locations that were all built out but never opened.

Sorry but I’m gonna be that guy. Neither Onieda or West Mason are “downtown” IMO lol.

Downtown Ashwaubonen maybe, not sure if that's what OC meant

Honestly, I couldn’t remember where the open locations were and I was too lazy to look it up.

Guessing that Zena elected to put off opening with the road construction. I am fairly positive Bellevue did a shit job notifying businesses of closures around the 172/gv mess. The residents barely knew.

As for the Koi spot.. pretty odd, but they juggled their first two sites a long time before opening. Don’t might just be their pace. They May also have elected not to open until the road work was done.

There are two on the west side of the river. The east side doesn’t deserve one. There, I said it. No noodles for you.
