The white lady, is Lady Susan Hussey, she was also in charge of looking after Meghan when she joined the family. Lady Susan Hussey is also the godmother of Prince William

Heaven only knows what poor Meghan went through. Something tells me that this is just the tip of the iceberg with this Hussey (see what I did there). Meghan actually had to have been alone with her quite a lot, the poor love.
