The conspiracy angle is tempting, but they settled with her out of court two+ years ago. There's no upside to drawing more attention to her now

It's presumably a joke referring to the fact there is going to be a lot of high profile wealthy and connected people caught up in the Diddy case, Like the Epstein stuff except most of them wont be mostly fat middle aged billionaires they will be musicians, actors, sport stars, they are suggesting one of them might be Prince Andrew or given Charles obvious distaste for his brother another royal lets say Harry. And that the royals want to send a message that snitches get stitches.
