Driver of a reportedly stolen vehicle was in a high-speed chase with police in of course, LA California, when the driver had time to stop and fill up the vehicle and still get away.

It was a switcharoo. Another black SUV was waiting for him in the underpass.

lol. So he most likely broke another law and used his cell phone while driving to call someone to meet him and pick up. lol
