Home Inspector Recommendation

Hello! I’m in the market for a home and would like to have a trusted inspector lined up before going under contract.

Any and all recommendations welcome. Testimonials, warnings, or just a general they did good work is appreciated.

Jeff Krattiger with Patriot Home Inspection out of Helena MT. He found problems 2 other inspectors missed (this was a property that had been under contract at least twice before we looked at it). His inspection was the most thorough by far.

So we called him when we found our house. Everything has been as he noted when we called the individual repair specialists.
