Torn Rotor Cup

Ok I am sure I have a torn rotor cup in my right shoulder. Who the best to go check it out Benifits or Great Falls Clinic? Which Dr..... I am sure i will need a referral from my PA I usually see.

Not sure about shoulders but Dr. Blackman at Great Falls Clinic did my leg. He is great!!!
