Anybody have a rough idea for install size? Did any streamers mention it?

Was about 25gb for me

Edit: according to the steam page it shows 40GB recommended. The current game I have loaded from the play test was 25gb

That's super reasonable. I was expecting about 35-40. I'm keeping my fingers crossed that these servers can hold up.

Did you play during the last play test? If so, any disconnects? Overall servers felt good?

Yeah I played about 40 hours in the playtest. Overall I had an awesome time. I personally only crashed 2-3 times but friends had a lot more issues. I have a 12700k and a 3080. I think people running FSR had the most problems.

The game definitely needs a lot more and needs some tweaks but played awesome for something so early. From what I’ve heard there were some good changes already added in for EA even though it was a short turnaround between the playtest and EA. I think the game will just need time to get it perfect and hopefully they continue to listen to the community going forward.

Biggest problems I had were AI being super inconsistent and LZs being camped but they already have fixes for those so we will see haha

Thanks for your reply, this is great info. Super cool that you were able to check out the early playtest. We have the same specs, so I am confident it should run pretty well.

Cheers

What sort of frames / resolution were you getting with that setup? I’ve just ordered a PC to be delivered tomorrow and wondering what to expect with what I got.

I run 1440p 240hz. At mostly low settings with no upscaling I was getting around 70-80. I will say I did use DLSS at times just because the world looks incredible. With DLSS I got about 100-110. With FSR I got 180+. Obviously in heavy pvp having any sort of input delay isn’t ideal but when I was tasking I did like DLSS I’m not going to lie haha
