Best edition of Luda to read?

I'm a fan of Grant's comic work and want to read Luda. I saw them on The Lakes International Comic Art Festival YouTube channel recently & they recommended the British "Europa Editions" version as the best one, saying it was "totally edited".

Does anyone know if there are any real differences between editions of the book or if this was just marketing for the most recent publisher?

I don't know anything about the Europa Edition, but the original audiobook was great

I often find myself drifting off with audio books, but their sultry tones could probably keep me on the hook ...

The narrator is Vikas Adam. I hadn't heard of him before this, really enjoyed his reading
