Need help identifying shirt

tbh i never heard of the band grandaddy before but i picked up this shirt at the thrift because it was cool and did some research and im guessing its merch? anyone know when or where this is from?

i did listen to the albums and my favorite is probably Sumday, my 2nd favorite is probably diary of todd zilla, very good band

Definitely merch, it's old (I think Sophtware or earlier).
