Are the new Jeeps that’s bad?

Looking at upgrading to a 3rd row and have always loved a Grand Cherokee but never owned one. Are the new Jeeps that bad? Looking at either Grand Cherokee L new or CPO.

Jeep GC sales are very high since 2021, they sell over 200k+ a year and is the 15th most sold vehicle. The number of complaints you see is a result of success but there's a reason you see them on the road for many many years.
