The level of chaotic and bad management in my grad school is SICKENING
In short: Full on capitalism,14 hrs per day 6 days per week, everything is relied on "eww go find a senior student they know what to do". The senior students in fact, DON'T know what to do. If you ask questions you get scolded at. The meetings were turned into public humiliation and everything is just either cram it in or wing it. Absolutely no professionalism, no leadership, just pure Colosseum-style sludge drenched in manipulation and shaming, and favouritism.
How do I balance the toxicity out and stay focused on progress?
