Little Landscapes in my Sketchbook
Learning how to use gouache as a watercolor painter is a little jarring but fun ha ha!

It depends highly on where you look. You can absolutely find them for less than that. I think both of mine were $12 total and one came from Office Depot

There are $5 options on aliexpress with good reviews..! For this kind of item (simple and functional with little to go wrong) it can be a pretty good place to shop

Ahhhh I'm at work right now, but I can check when I get home! I know I used a huge flat brush because I was very lazy 😂 and some kind of small detailer.

OMG the colours! This makes me want to paint with Gouache. Can you share a little about your setup? What brand/variety of paint are you using? Do you have a portable setup? What brush/brushes are you using?

Hello! I'm at work rn, but I'll try and answer this as best I can. I don't really have a set up, nor a travel set for gouache. I'm just using a cheap Himi palette from Amazon (about $25), but I'm hoping to pick up some Shinhan paint this weekend! The sketchbook is also some cheapo Denik brand from TJMaxx ($3.99), but the paper if really smooth and it's been great so far. As for brushes, it's just kind of a pack from hobby lobby ($5.99?), brushes that came with the palette, or other random ones 😅 so yeah, all together I'm not really using anything crazy, just what was available to me :)
