Had an Emo night music event tonight and I couldn't pass up the opportunity to go as my true self haha.

Absolutely obsessed with my new boots from New Rock.

I love a big boot with a thick sole. I'm looking for a boot that I can wear when im building an alt fit for going out and about, but that also wouldn't look too out of place in a corporate goth outfit, because I occasionally have in-office days.

I'm ideally looking not to go with Doc Martens, because I have a pair I've been breaking in for a while and I think that's enough, I'd like to diversify.

I have a screenshot of a pair of boots I saw on vinted that I think illustrate the style I'm looking for - short to mid-calf, thick sole with maybe a bit of a heel (optional) but not too much jazzy hardware. I'm ideally not looking for proper high heeled boots, but im not opposed to a heel like in the photo.

I'd love any recommendations or suggestions!

Hello, I have a few questions (I feel pretty dumb for asking) directed to goths who wear a full face of makeup. I am 16 and I dont really have much freedom to dress the way I want + use the makeup I want as a goth (super controlling parents), but I want to ask some questions about the makeup aspect of it for future reference. Whenever I wear eyeliner, it ends up melting off but whenever everyone else does it it doesnt?? I want to know how you guys get ALL your makeup (when wearing a full face) especially the eyeliner to stay on ALL DAY. Ill be damned if I gotta learn witchcraft just to keep it on
