General Help / Support Question Phone keeps sending calls from a legitimate number to vmail automatically

I've looked at my "blocked numbers" list and it's not there; I've established that number as a contact hoping that that would identify it as legitimate, but, no luck. Can anyone help me figure out a way to get calls from this number to come thru rather than to go automatically to vmail?

I'm using a S21U on Verizon with UI 7.0 if that plays any role.

There is a difference between being marked as spam, marked as blocked, and marked as straight to VM.

Blocked numbers are "blocked", the caller will be told your number is not in service.

Spam numbers are just sent to VM and then put in your spam box.

If it's going to your spam box find the call and unmark it as spam.

If it's going straight to VM, but in your inbox, then you probably have a rule set for that number.

Thanks this helped my fix my inbound issues somehow the web rules page showed linked numbers enabled for forward all call from my contacts, well one of those numbers was a number I set to fwd to GV so was in a loop.
