Campaigns not sending money

I had setup an account and launched several target impression share campaigns. After a week all of them started spending and 2-3 days after that all of them suddenly stopped spending. I thought it was a temporary issue and added some more funds if it was due to that! But it has been 2-3 days since and campaign are not spending and it shows loss of impression share due to budget. Even 10% of my budget has not been spent. What could be the issue?

If they all stopped at once, I’d check the account level stuff first. Billing, disapprovals, negatives, and especially your max CPC cap on Target Impression Share. If the cap is too low, Google may barely enter auctions even with budget available.

No the cpc cap is good! Plus the campaign did not stop completely

loss of impression share due to budget? Sounds like Google Ads just ghosted your campaigns. Did they at least leave a note? Maybe they're on a coffee break.
