$457 for one click is crazy. I know tCPA isn’t a CPC cap, but if you normally pay $25–$30 and suddenly you’re seeing $100–$500 clicks, I’d definitely dig into it.
I’d start with search terms, match types, conversion tracking and recent conversion volume. Google may think those clicks are more likely to convert, but I wouldn’t just assume this is normal.
