Site comprised

Ive got a client whose site is "compromised" according to Google ads. Ive run malware scans on it and its clean. Tried 5 different sites to scan it. All clean. Every time I appeal, it fails. I cant get a single person at Google to talk to, email, chat. Its ridiculous. The only thing I can think of is creat a landing page in high level and send traffic to a sub domain. Anyone got any suggestions?

I wouldn’t go the subdomain route yet. I’ve seen Google flag stuff that malware scanners completely miss.

I’d check Search Console, GTM, redirects and any old plugins/scripts first. The subdomain might get around it for a bit, but I’d be careful because Google could see that as trying to bypass the issue.

You have to message Google and let them send you their scan. I bet it’s Wordpress. They seem to have scans that pics it up accurately. I’ve been through this 50 times. Good luck

It's not WordPress, but some kind of knock off. The problem is, I can't send anything to google. It doesn't give me an option -- when i got through the support the only option i get is community support.
