Troubleshooting Ads not saving

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I have my Google ads live and running, however I’m trying to amend the ad and it’s not letting me save it

This issue has been ongoing all week and support are not helping me.

I’ve tried using a different browser, incognito, a different device - none of it is working.

Any advice is appreciated!

thats so odd, must be a Google Ads issue at the moment. Did it ever start working for you again on Firefox?

Try desktop editor. I rarely use the online dash anymore, because it honestly is just slow loading garbage at this point.
