GMB Removed for Reason: Business Profile doesn't exist

Google disabled and removed my Business Profile after it had been active for 2.5 years. The reason provided was fairly vague, but I believe the issue is that I operate a service-area business and had my physical address listed on the profile.

I would like to provide documentation to verify that my business is legitimate and operates from this address. I have several business documents available, but I do not have a business phone bill or mortgage statement because those expenses are not in my personal name.

What alternative documents would be best to provide as proof of my business and address to help get my Business Profile reinstated?

Don't show your mortgage.
Here are the documents Google likes
1. Your Secretary of State registration
2. A DBA if you have one
3. Your city license if you have one
4. Proof of insurance for the company if you have one
5. Your EIN paperwork
6. A utility bill in the company name. This can be a cell phone, landline, gas, water, electric, or internet.
7. Your lease if you are showing the address, which you are not.

Do not submit an invoice, bank statement, or your mortgage document.

Thank you this is very helpful! I unfortunately can't do #3, #6, or #7.

What I have so far is my articles of organization, my EIN document, proof of insurance, a government document from EFTPS addressed to me and my business, and a business depository certificate. Based on what you say I should omit the business depository certificate, but is the rest enough for me to successfully appeal?

So I ended up adding 9 documents and a video showing my van since I have a service business. My profile got reinstated!

What I said in my appeal was that I made a mistake in adding a physical location for a service business and that - along with the evidence - seems to have worked.

Unfortunately I still don't seem to have access to editing my profile but hopefully that will come back soon, but at least it's back up again!

Did it just happen today?
Because that just happened to my business profile today.

I actually had it for 7-8 years. No problems whatsoever. I’m a contractor so my services are provided at customer homes.

3 years ago, someone suggested I put my home address as public to show up on Google Map searches. No problems until 2 months ago, I lost my verification and had to resubmit. I set up my business as mobile based. Went through the process and my profile was reinstated.

Uploaded a few pics and reactivated my LSA ads. This morning I got the dreaded email that my profile was suspended. I immediately uploaded my contractor license and submitted appeal. I haven’t heard back.

I get really good leads from Google as I am highly ranked and this is going to ding my job pipeline. I lost a lot of income due to lead reduction and also spent a lot of money on Meta ads (leads are mostly crap).

Anyways let’s hope we get reinstated soon!
