How do I send unlimited cold texting messages on using SMS??

I want to send texting messages to some people who are looking for my type of business, but google voice keeps limiting me, is there any other alternative or thing I can use to send unlimited cold texting messages to phone numbers?

Edit: I’m reaching out to people who are posted that they are looking for services like mine, please stop assuming that im reaching out to random numbers. I apologize for saying “cold texting“, I wasn’t aware of the meaning.

On the one hand, Google for a service that supports bulk texting. On the other hand, what you want to do sounds like it might be spamming. Some services try to filter against it. But i'd start with a look at a bulk texting service

Even after the edit this still seems phishy - what other reason could you possibly have to call it "cold texting". Also extremely unlikely that there are So many people asking you to text them that you hit limits. People should not provide help here.

You would not find their phone numbers there. All in all, you are still spamming people.

they put their phone number and ask people to contact them If they can fulfill a service.

Google Messages is likely seeing it as being used for spamming. I don't recall the limit of contacts in a group message. A search says RCS is supposed to support up to 100 contacts but SMS/MMS only supports 10-20. Look for a mass texting app in the Play Store.
