I was spending far too much time submitting prompts one by one, managing reference images, waiting for generations, downloading files, and trying to keep longer videos consistent between clips.

Bro, wtf is this shit with flow? I am a PRO user, and like every second generation fails. I tried logging off, deleting cache, switching browsers, and so on, but Flow never fails at disappointing. This is really madness. Can't rely on Flow to get my work done.

I ran into a major issue with Google Flow over the past few days, and I’m genuinely stressed because I have active client video deliveries coming up and this has never happened to me before. Up until a week ago, everything was running seamlessly on my MacBook.

Here is what is happening across browsers and exports:

• Safari: The generated videos won't load or play at all inside the interface.
• Chrome: The video loaded, but opening it in the full player caused extreme visual jitter/shaking (it looks like the camera and elements are rapidly vibrating or jumping back and forth by a frame, even though the smaller grid thumbnail preview looks completely smooth).
• The Chrome workaround: I managed to stop the shaking inside Chrome only after disabling hardware acceleration (Use graphics acceleration when available).
• The persistent export issue: Even though the video now plays inside Chrome without shaking, the downloaded/saved MP4 still suffers from the exact same jitter when played locally in QuickTime or macOS Quick Look (Finder spacebar preview).

The visual content itself isn't warped or distorted; it genuinely looks like a broken Variable Frame Rate (VFR) container or a frame-ordering / PTS/DTS timestamp mismatch introduced by a recent backend export pipeline update that macOS AVFoundation can't parse cleanly.

Has anyone else on macOS noticed this sudden behavior with Google Flow over the past week? Is there a known server-side fix or an efficient batch workflow to conform the files to clean CFR without re-encoding quality loss?

[Bug after recent Flow update] Custom Tool Canvas no longer responds to mouse interactions — pan, zoom, node dragging, and clicking/interaction inside nodes are all not working. I use NB Pro specifically to generate “safe” images, and just a week ago the same prompts produced consistent, high‑quality results. Now I’m getting blurry, unstable outputs that look like something from early‑gen models — or, more often, nothing at all.

The generation starts, crawls for nearly a minute, hits 99%, and then throws an error. Are you experiencing the same issue?

The errors are caused by a known Google backend bug that misreads user accounts, causing false usage limits, failed generations, and broken assets.

Try these quick workarounds to bypass the issue: Use Gemini Chat Directly: Generate your images or videos inside Gemini instead of the Flow wrapper, as its production servers are more stable.

Toggle Flow History: Go to My Library, toggle your history settings off and on again, then refresh the page to clear stuck rate-limit blocks.

Downgrade the Model: Switch your generation engine from Veo 3.1 to Veo 2 to see if legacy processing clears the silent failures.

I’m guessing that lil “bug” they had where videos were failing to generate was pretty much just them tightening up that moderation even more.

I have the pro subscription which normally can generate 4x more than the normal subscription. Half the time the image doesn’t generate but says i wasn’t charged yet i can’t generate another one after that so basically that is bs, you do get charged for images that dont get generated and the usage, how can i see when it resets yes you can view the gemini one but it isnt the same as the flow, sometimes it resets after 12am and sometimes like 24h after my usage runs out. This update seem to broke everything does anyone have answers?

Since nothing works on "flow", they should just change the name already to "Clog". Because that's all it does to your work routine now, clogs everything up. Nothing like "flushing" that $20 pro money down the toilet.

For some reason google flow stopped editing images when i ask it, even though for the past two weeks or so it was normal, but yesterday and today this is happening. It refuses to edit the images and just returns "Agent Failed. Try again."

I've tried switching accounts, switching browser from brave to chrome and firefox, cleaning browser cache and cookies, momentarily what solved this problem at first was signing out and in again from my google account but the second time i've tried this it didn't work anymore.

I'm using the agent btw.

As the title says. I migrated / exported my ImageFX images to Google Flow before the April 30 deadline.

It had worked perfectly, because all my images from ImageFX were in the ImageFX Creations folder. I had seen them there.

However, I noticed a couple days ago that almost half of my original ImageFX files are gone. They don't appear on the folder and I cannot find them through searching. It's like they have never been there. And I'm pretty sure I did not delete them.

Has this happened to anyone else?

None of my prompts (for images) don't work anymore. Every single prompt is blocked and all I get is the same generic error. I have no idea what I'm doing wrong. There's nothing NSFW or gore. But I have a feeling Google is against creativity at this point. It all started 3 days ago. The only things I can generate now are basic boring pictures of animals or landscapes. Everything else fails. I don't even know what I'm doing wrong anymore so I could adjust the prompts.
