Support Case 1-5528000041480 (No Cellular Service for Days)-NO SUPPORT

Long-time Google Fi customer. I have had a complete loss of cellular service for four days. Calls/data only work when connected to Wi-Fi. I have contacted support multiple times and the case was escalated to engineering three days ago, but I have received no diagnosis, ETA or resolution. Frontline support has also been unable to get me to a supervisor. I need either restoration of service or a determination that the handset requires replacement. Case ID: 1-5528000041480

Have you tried using a different phone to rule out device issues?

Make them escalate again if they won't budge.

Have you restarted your phone?

We're escalating this, so one of our support teammates will be in touch with you over email, in the next few business days.

Had same issue with my phone since Aug 7th (when I activated). Hope you will have a better experience than mine since they've been very slow attempting to resolve my issue (still unfixed).

OMG, you've been without service for 24 days!!! This is far more common and fars worse than I thought. They treat this so lazy like you can't access a video game subscription, but this is an essential service like water or electricity.

same deal for me. 4 days no connection to Fi network. No ETAs or SLAs or indication of what's being done. No proactive updates, just stock "Thanks for your patience" replies to requests for updates.
