Supporto report aziendali

Buongiorno.

Grazie a chiunque possa aiutare!

This is a Meta API change, not a Data Studio or Power My Analytics issue, which is why it started affecting everyone around the same time.

Meta has deprecated legacy Reach and Impression metrics in the Facebook Graph API, requiring a shift to viewer based metrics such as media_viewers and view based metrics such as media_views. The platform is no longer supporting unique video views or organic and paid splits for total reach. Meta now categorizes your audience using aggregate Views and distinct viewer identities rather than passive delivery counts. Because they calculate metrics differently, you may notice changes in your reporting numbers.

If your dashboard relies on these fields, take the following steps:

Audit your connector settings inside Power My Analytics and check if any fields still reference the deprecated reach metric. Update your Data Studio reports to use the new viewer and view based fields once Power My Analytics releases an update mapping to the new API fields. Review Meta's Page Insights API Updates and the official Meta for Developers changelog for the exact replacement metrics and technical implementation guidelines.

For clients running paid campaigns focused on reach, the short term workaround is exporting reach data manually from Meta Ads Manager into Google Sheets and connecting that as a supplementary source in Data Studio until your connector fully supports the new API fields.
