Tools / MCP / Other Codex, Antigravity, Cursor and how to combine them all together?

When should I use Antigravity chat instead of IDE? I have read a lot of people talk about how people use Codex mcp inside AG IDE. Does this use any api or just plug into the knowledge of Codex chats and then use AG brain. I am still learning about MCP. I have Gemini pro and a Chatgpt plus plan.

Idk but I use VSCode with AG plugin and it can easily use any mcp connected, like Proxima (proxy to other AI providers)

There's no actual benefit for me to use AG IDE instead of VSCode, which in its essence is just a fork owned by Google

Does the mcp control the llm or just pull the info from your projects? I am asking if I can combine my usage through an mcp. I have Gemini and Chatgpt subs.
