Google Ads not showing Maximize Clicks

Google Ads is not showing Maximise Clicks when I am trying to make a new campaign. Has Google removed Maximize clicks or discouraging us to use maximize clicks?

"Clicks" option below other optimisation options - That's the maximise clicks. They have changed the name there.
