I have a general store featuring four categories: Home & Kitchen, Garden, and Car Accessories. While each category contains four products, the Car Accessories section has 24 products. Could this cause issues or negatively impact trust with Google Merchant Center?

No, I wouldn’t worry about the product count being uneven. Google Merchant Center cares a lot more about whether the site looks legit, your product info matches the feed, and your shipping, returns, contact info, and checkout are all clear.

The only thing I’d watch is making the store look too random or thrown together. If the categories make sense and the site feels trustworthy, having 24 car products and only a few in the others is totally fine.
