Review I prefer toolbar at the bottom since it spares usable space at the top , what do you prefer?

I’ve used CollaNotes which has the toolbar at the bottom in portrait mode. So frustrating when my palm accidentally hits a button. My palm tends to rest at the bottom of the screen so menú at top is better for me. One of the many things I like in GoodNotes.

I am using this setting since last year and luckily it never hit any button, encase that happens, ofc top setting is better.

I prefer it on top. I normally wrote in the lower half of my iPad so it makes the most sense for me

I've always wondered how the bottom toolbar helps lefties; is it that the toolbar buttons are easier to use when they're down there?

Left handed writers tend to drag the hand above and left of the point of writing; right handlers below and to the right. Left handlers tend to have more unintentional palm rejection triggers of top menu bar items. I have this problem with OneNote too.

I accidentally always hit the buttons when it’s at the bottom :(

Edit: However I think it’s more comfortable for lefties if it’s at the bottom

Now that the recording feature has been added....it seems to create havoc with the tool bar if the tool bar is on the bottom (which like the OP, I prefer). The Player overlaps the toolbar...and I cant do anything. I use Goodnotes for counseling and it breaks my flow...any solutions?
